The E3I Framework is designed to identify the challenges, develop a plan and execute that plan to ensure the issues preventing you from focusing on growth activities are resolved. While all of our clients have different needs, each engagement follows this 4 phased approach.
In the first phase, we evaluate by learning your leadership goals and objectives, your organization structure, the service your provide and the clients your service. Next, we identify your short-term goals. Finally, we pinpoint the items that are causing issues for your customers and those tasks preventing you from focusing on growth. Using the gathered information as a foundation, we develop a plan that will first address issues impacting your customers while progressing towards your short-term goals.
The Execute phase is all about putting the plan into action. We assign roles and responsibilities to the appropriate people, put in a system of accountability and develop repeatable processes that produces the tangible results. Then we document this entire system, tying the roles and processes together.
The Enhance phase, builds upon the system developed in the Execute phase. Learning from the Execute phase, we enhance the plan, strengthening areas as required. We then scale it to work across the entire company ensuring the process repeatable processes that works across your entire business to meet your short-term objectives.
Now that your short-term objectives have been met, we enter into phase 4, Insights, In the Insights phase, we look at your long-term objectives. We identify the obstacles hindering you from reaching you future goals and collaboratively put a plan in place to move you towards your vision.
